Mr. Rohan Bidaye is a highly accomplished Consultant ENT Surgeon with expertise in Laryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. With an impressive background encompassing prestigious institutions in the UK, the US, and India, he is currently associated with the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire at Kettering General Hospital and Northampton General Hospital for his NHS work. His exceptional skills shine in Voice, Airway, and Thyroid surgeries.
Mr. Bidaye is one of the very few UK surgeons holding multiple Fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons. His notable achievements include Senior Fellowships at esteemed establishments such as Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust), University Hospitals Birmingham, and Addenbrooke's Hospital (Cambridge).

Mr. Bidaye is one of the founding members of the Asia Pacific Laryngology Association and an integral part of the Laryngology and Voice Association. He holds active membership in prestigious bodies, including the British Laryngology Association (BLA), British Association of Endocrine and Thyroid Surgeons (BAETS), and American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (AAOHNS), ENT UK, among others.
His career is filled with accolades, including multiple Best Consultant Paper and Post Graduate Paper Awards, Best Postgraduate Student Award and the Travelling Fellows Award by the National Spasmodic Dysphonia Association (USA). He has been invited as faculty at various international conferences in the Asia Pacific region delivering lectures on pivotal topics.
